Experienced independent recruiter focused on making the best match between candidate and employer with attention to the cultural fit. Successful recruiting is not just about finding someone who matches the job description. Good career matchmaking also involves creativity. My focus in working with the hiring manager is to think beyond a list of key words and tactical skills to consider the success profile of a candidate (attitude and aptitude trump a list of desired "skills"). Great candidates sometimes don't have great resumes and I like to look beyond the paper when I vet potential employees.
18+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of industries and technology roles that include: Software Developer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, IT Director, Marketing Director, Data Architects, VP of Information Technology. Extremely adept at recruiting for "difficult to find" roles for companies in the Dane County area. Experienced with the full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Working with Goode Solutions can be a more efficient use of time over the typical approach of submitting your resume to public job postings. If we determine that you have the right background for one of our opportunities, your resume will be seen by those with hiring authority. We help you put your best foot forward with assistance and coaching on tailoring your resume and interviewing style to the particular client at hand. As well, we often know of unpublished openings that might fit your background.
Goode Solutions LLC offers a variety of services to best match the needs of startup, small and intermediate sized companies with recruiting needs.
Engaging an experienced recruiter on a contingent basis is often the best solution for companies who lack a corporate recruiter, or who need additional horsepower in recruiting highly qualified candidates. Contingency recruiting is a common strategy when a search requires a degree of finesse and confidentiality.
In this model, a fee is contingent and paid to Goode Solutions upon the successful hiring of a candidate, after 30 days on the job. The fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year salary.
We initially meet with Hiring Managers to:
- learn about job requirements, desired skills, and assess company culture
- design an optimum marketing campaign to generate stellar candidates
We then initiate a multifaceted candidate search and personally screen all applicants. In person interviews are arranged when possible. Successful candidates are presented to clients with a detailed summary. Candidate submittal feedback is valuable to make the search more effective.
Reference checks are performed on candidates reaching the final stages. Background checks are conducted on all candidates before a final hire.
