Introduction
Jacy Imilkowski (just think “I-milk-cows-on-skis” to remember it), PMP, ACC, CPCC, CLL is a communication expert, certified project manager, and professional development coach. She shares knowledge and stories to connect healthcare teams to their patients, and each other, in a whole new way. Programs focus on real-world application, and participants leave every session with tools they can immediately apply in their everyday lives.

Jacy has over 20 years’ experience in patient and customer service, including 10 years with the Wisconsin Medicaid program. She has developed and delivered hundreds of learning sessions for clients such as Mayo Clinic, University of WI-Madison, the WI Department of Health Services, multiple Federally Qualified Health Centers, and professional associations such as the Project Management Institute, Health Information Management Systems Society, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jacy has been honored as one of Madison, WI's 40 Under 40 young professionals recognized for business and community engagement. When not working she enjoys volunteering as a career coach with Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, and a foster home for Greyhound Pets of America – Wisconsin. She loves her dog, and probably loves your dog too.
