Deborah, a Certified Diversity Executive and Practitioner, a Certified Talent Management Consultant, and a qualified administrator of multiple leadership and organizational assessment tools, is recognized for translating complex people and culture challenges into practical strategies that drive growth, accountability, belonging, and organizational success.

Deborah's commitment to community leadership extends beyond her consulting work. She serves on several boards, including United Way of Dane County and TEMPO Madison. She also serves on the Community Health Impact Committee of UnityPoint Health–Meriter, is a member of Madison Downtown Rotary, and is a Golden Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Deborah holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She and her husband, Lloyd, live in Illinois and are the proud parents of two adult sons, Jason and Jared.
