Introduction
Jennifer Revels is the owner of Revels Consulting LLC, a consulting business offering leadership coaching, talent strategies and human resources services to businesses. Jennifer also offers success and career coaching to individuals. Jenny has a BBA/Human Resources Management from UW-Whitewater and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, along with over 25 years of experience advising and coaching leaders in the HR profession. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. As a human resources consultant, she assists business owners, other HR departments and management teams with various projects and/or ongoing HR services. She is also very involved in the community – she serves as past board chair for Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, facilitated the Milton Leadership Institute, serves on the Blackhawk Human Resources Association board, and Forward Janesville Ambassadors, to name a few. In the past, she served in board leadership roles with YWCA of Rock County, Rock County Young Professionals, and Wisconsin SHRM.
