Hello! I'm Tracy Travis, Founder and CEO of ImpacTT Collective, LLC. I grew up in southern Wisconsin with roots deep in the agriculture industry and various youth and leadership organizations. I found my passion for purpose-first organizations and people-first teams while serving a school district, leading an association, working on behalf of credit unions and building my own businesses. I simply adore helping organizations, teams and individuals achieve big goals and work they might think is impossible.
ImpacTT Collective was founded on the principle of helping people achieve their potential and get results through strategic planning and activation, communication, change management and coaching. Our work is with purpose-driven organizations to harness the power of purpose and maximize impact to communities, industries and people.
