Mindful Marketing when You Have Limited Capacity

Whether you’re a solopreneur or manage a small team, those of us in professional services can often only work with a limited number of clients at a time. As a result, we need to be mindful and intentional with our marketing, and we need to be able to turn the “faucet” off and on to speed up or slow down our marketing efforts. The key is figuring out our go-to tactics when we need to ramp up our sales and marketing efforts, and what we can do as a “slow drip” when we aren’t necessarily looking for new business.

Rachel Rasmussen, owner and founder of Rescue Desk, will share her experiences and insights from 11 years of managing the ebb and flow of running a professional services firm, and she’ll share tips and tools she’s seen first-hand from some of their clients who successfully manage their marketing lifecycles.

Bio:
Rachel Rasmussen is owner and founder of Rescue Desk, a virtual assistance firm founded in 2008 that provides administrative and marketing support to small business owners and nonprofits. Her team embeds itself in their clients’ operational teams, essentially becoming their clients’ executive assistant, marketing coordinator and project manager all rolled into one (without the cost or headaches of employees). Their mission is to teach their clients how to delegate, and make their to-do lists more manageable.
