Positively Framed Candor: Communication that Builds Trust & Confidence
Join us in November at Serendipity Labs for an in-person event featuring Erich George of Career Coordinates LLC

The words we choose matter. Whether it's our inner narrative, our career story, networking, collaborating, or leading, the words we choose shape how our message lands. As kids, we're taught that honesty is the best policy. As adults, we rarely drift toward outright dishonesty. Instead, we drift toward sugar-coated half-truths that let us sidestep the messy, uncomfortable things.
There's a better way. Positively Framed Candor keeps the hard truth fully intact while orienting it toward growth. Whether you're giving an employee feedback, coaching a client, navigating a difficult conversation, or owning your own missteps, this simple framework helps you say what needs to be said in a way that strengthens trust and builds confidence.
Grounded in emotional intelligence and strengths-based professional development, and field-tested in real leadership and coaching situations.
