Resilience Reimagined: What Neurobiology Teaches Us About Thriving in the Unpredictable

with Brittany Coleman SHRM-SCP, IICDP, Tree-HR

As consultants, we often work in the gray, navigating shifting client needs, ambiguous outcomes, and the pressure to deliver clarity in chaos. But resilience isn’t just about pushing through.

Grounded in the science of neurobiology, this session explores how our brains are wired to respond to stress and uncertainty and how we can harness that knowledge to stay grounded, flexible, and effective.

You’ll walk away with practical strategies to build internal capacity, maintain momentum when plans shift, and show up with the calm, centered presence your clients need most.

At Tree-HR, we believe that understanding people, including ourselves, is at the heart of transformational work.

This session is an invitation to reimagine resilience not as endurance, but as alignment, adaptability, and sustainable impact.

    ABOUT THE PRESENTER
